EXCERPTS FROM THE RULEBOOK OF THE GAMING HOUSE Article 1
The Gaming House does a
specific activity of providing services to the foreign and domestic visitors,
by organizing special games of
chance according to the state law. Article 3
There are special games
of chance organized in the Gaming House in compliance with the law. These are
the games: -
ball games (roulette, keno etc.) -
card games (blackjack, mediterranean
poker, let it ride, punto banco, mini punto banco, five card stud poker,
texas hold`em poker etc.) -
dice games (two up, two dice etc.) -
slot machine games Of all of these games
there are specific rules that are part of this rulebook. The rules and the
rulebook are exposed and accessible for all participants in the games. Article 4
At the Gaming House the games
are played with chips that can be purchased at the cash desk or at the gaming
table. Article 5
It is not neccessary
that the payout should be in same currency as the buying. Article 6
Apart from gaming
services the Gaming House also provides food and beverage services. Article 7
Receptionists and
security personnel are obliged by the law to make an identification of the visitors
prior to their entrance in the Gaming House. Security personnel
has the obligation to check every person for weapons or other objects that
can cause disturbance of the order and security of the visitors and personnel
at the gaming house. Part 2
A visitor`s stay at
the Gaming House can be put to an end if his behaviour is inappropriate, if
he is disturbing the other visitors, if he is not dressed by the dress code
of the Gaming House, if he is under influence of alcohol or narcotics and by
security and other justified reasons of which the Shift Manager can make a
decision. Part 3
If, by the opinion of
the Gaming House Management, certain visitors are abusing the privileges that
are obtained by the Gaming House such as free food and drinks, participation at
games with prizes etc., before allowing them access inside the Gaming House, they may ask them to
change a certain amount of money for gaming chips. Part 4 The Gaming House Management can
decide, if needed and by it`s own opinion, to start selling tickets to
visitors for entering it`s premises. Article 8
It is prohibited for dangerous
objects, gadgets, weapons, cameras, mobile phones, electronic machines of any
kind etc. to be taken inside the Gaming House. Article 9
Organizing special
games of chance in our Gaming House is made in the usual way as in the rest
of the world and in compliance with the corresponding laws of Republic of
Macedonia and this rulebook. Article 10
The attitude of the General
Manager of the Gaming House is final, and while he is absent the attitude of
the Shift Manager is authoritative. Article 12
The Minimum and Maximum amount
of bets that is appointed by the General Manager of the Gaming House has to
be clearly displayed at the table sign which is posted at every gaming table. Article 14
If the players play at multiple
tables they have to overlook their bets, and they have to watch if their bets
are misplaced or altered because the Gaming House takes no responsibility of
such act. Article 15
The croupier can receive bets
and post them at the table in favour of the player although he has no
obligation to do that. If he does so the player has the obligation to
personally control if the posting of the bets was done correctly. The bets
have to be announced clearly by the players. Article 16
After the announcement “no more
bets”, all further bets are invalid and will be rejected.The bets that will
be established as abandoned by the Shift Manager or by the Pit Boss shall be called
in and saved. Article 17
Eventual complaints
have to be done during the ongoing play. After the playing outcome becomes
valid, only the bets that are correctly posted and announced shall be
recognized and in a way which is freely comprehended by the table inspector. Article 18
Shift Manager and
General Manager can open and close gaming tables during the working hours of
the Gaming House depending on the number of the gaming personnel and by their
personal point of view about the extent of the engagement of the personnel.
That would depend also on the organization possibilities of the Gaming House. Article 19
Shift Manager and
General Manager can change any table minimum and maximum depending on their
personal point of view. Article 20
Shift Manager and
General Manager have the right to inhibit serving alcohol to certain visitors
if that is necessary. Article 22 Shift Manager and
General Manager have the right to change playing chips, cards, blackjack
shoes, roulette balls and wheels without explaining the reasons of such
actions to players. Part 1 Prior to the
commencement of any card game, the croupier puts the cards to the inspection
by the players by aligning them face-up at the table. Players that join the
game later shall be considered as they accept card regularity and any
additional complaint shall not be taken into account. Article 26 The seats around the
tables are strictly for the active players. Article 27 Any entrance at the
surveillance room is strictly prohibited. No one is allowed to watch the
tapes exept authorized persons by the state authorities. Taking the tapes
outside the Gaming House is forbidden. Article 29 The payout of the
winnings shall be made according to the maximum bet that is displayed at a
table sign at every table. Player`s winnings shall be paid out immediately,
but if there is shortage of money at the cash desk, the whole sum or the rest
of the sum shall be paid the next working day after the money are being taken
from the bank, and the player shall be given a receipt. Article 30 Shift Manager and
General Manager can suspend all the games at the Gaming House, or the game on
only one table, if they become suspicious of the regularity regarding tables,
cards, balls, table devices, in case of an act of god etc., without
explaining the reasons of such action to the players. Part 1 Shift Manager and
General Manager have the right to close certain gaming table if it loses over
50000 €, without any given warning and explanation to the players. Article 38 Security personnel
makes identification of the visitors, inspects for weapons and other
prohibited objects, maintains peace and order at the Gaming House, takes
out of the premises alchocolised visitors or visitors with unproper behaviour
etc. Part 1 Security personnel
has the obligation to keep visitors that made larceny or other unlawful act,
inside the premises, until the arrival of the police officers. Аrticle 44 Winnings at the slot
machines are displayed at the front cover glass and are clearly visible to
any player. Winnings are being paid out by the slot machine itself in coins
with exeption of the jackpots which are paid out by the cashier. Article 45 The value of the
gaming chips is determined by the Gaming House. Article 46 This rulebook has
been put at a visible spot and is available for the players to read it if they
ask for it, in presence of the Manager, and it can`t be taken out of the
Gaming House.
